Odintsov Vladimir Alekseevich Date of birth: August, 09, 1949

   Education: Higher. In 1971 graduated fromOdessa state polytechnical institute on a speciality «Automatics and telemechanics».

   Operational experience on supervising posts:35 years, 31 of them – experience as the head (director, the general director, the president, etc.) of enterprises and organizations.

   Experience of organizing, external economic and investment activity:
    1) During the period till 1992 he was twice elected as a deputy of Primorsky regional Council of People's Deputies of Odessa where headed the commission on trade and the scheduled - budgetary commission. He participated in various structures of management of Odessa and Odessa region.
    2) In 1991 he created and registered a branch of the International fund of conversion in Odessa which carried out practical work on involving foreign partners to Odessa region. Within the framework of the International fund of conversion he participated in preparing of offer to European commission on allocation of the technical aid to the Ukrainian seaports. As a result, the technical aid was allocated to the Odessa Sea Trading Port at the rate of 10 million ecu.
    3) In 1992 together with the German company “MARINE PARTNERS”  (Hamburg) he participated in creation of the firm « Odessa Business Service », which renders services to foreign companies on work organization and searching for partners in Ukraine.
    Among clients of the above-stated company were: “STEYR Nutzfahrzeuge AG” (Austria); “ACHLEITNER” (Austria); “Anema Trucks” (Holland); “KNORR-BREMSE HUNGARY Ltd”; “Germanisher Lloyd” (Germany, Hamburg); “ROGGE MARINE CONSULTING Gmbh” (Germany, Bremerhaven); “INTERING” (Germany, Norderstedt);  NMCP (Netherlands Management Cooperation Programme); “AGIPLAN” (Agiplan Gruppe); “SEMA GROUP” (France); “ARCON” Architects&Consulting Engineers (DK); “ALARM” (Germany, Wuppertal); “PROSCAN INVEST” (Poland, Warszawa).
    4) In 1993 having the German company “DSW Security” (Dusseldorf) as a partner, he participated in creation of the joint Ukrainian-German enterprise «Odessa Security», which was engaged in systems of protection and safety of business.
    5) During 1999 - 2000 he closely cooperated with the foreign leasing company (“Centralne Towarzystwo LEASINGOWE”, Poland). Within the framework of this cooperation he took part in the program of registration of buses of the city routes in leasing (it was performed for the first time in Odessa, on favourable conditions for passenger carriers).
    6) In the beginning of 2002 he acted as an initiator in creation of Transport investment group «TIGr» (Odessa), which united more than 20 professionals in the sphere of consulting, financing, audit, work with securities, expert estimation, banking, staff selection.
   Basic professional skills:financial and corporate consulting; operational experience with bank establishments (personal contacts with more than 25 Ukrainian banks) and with insurance companies; possession of system of staff selection and placement, an opportunity to generate a professional command quickly; experience of development (introduction) and practical realization of progressive financial circuits at the market of financial services of Ukraine; development and realization of leasing programs; marketing and promotion of various production at the markets of Ukraine and the countries of CIS; good orientation in constantly varying legislation of Ukraine; experience of interaction and personal business contacts with foreign partners, and also partners from many regions of Ukraine and the CIS.
